We may collect your name, phone number, email address, collection address, access instructions, booking history and payment-related information. Please only provide access information necessary to complete the service, and do not provide alarm passwords or other highly sensitive security details.

Your information is used to manage bookings and payments, collect and return your laundry, contact you about your service (including collection and delivery notifications by SMS), maintain customer and bag records, and meet legal, accounting and safety requirements.

As part of our service, we may photograph your Signature Bag at the nominated delivery location as proof of delivery. These photographs are stored securely, used only for service and dispute-resolution purposes, and handled in accordance with this policy.

Bookings and payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Square. These providers handle information according to their own privacy and security terms.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the business or where required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
